This brand project emerged in response to the evolution of MPP’s mission and global health challenges.
The identity refresh aims to better reflect the scope of its work, clarify its positioning, and reinforce its
role in expanding equitable access to medicines and health products worldwide.
Purpose
Medicines Patent Pool aims to increase access to, and facilitate the development of, life saving medicines for low- and middle-income countries through an innovative approach to voluntary licensing and patent pooling. So wherever people live, they have rapid access to effective treatments.
Vision
A world in which people in need in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) have rapid access to effective and affordable medical treatments and health technologies.
Mission
Our mission is to increase equitable access to innovative medicines and other health technologies through public health-oriented voluntary licensing and technology transfer.
